Google play suspended app with ridiculous reason

my app "Ebook Downloader" was suspended because of:

"Sexually Explicit Material: Apps that contain or promote pornography are prohibited; this includes sexually explicit or erotic content, icons, titles, or descriptions. Google has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse imagery. If we become aware of content with child sexual abuse imagery, we will report it to the appropriate authorities and delete the Google Accounts of those involved with the distribution."

I appealed. Google replied: "We may not allow users to buy/download any sexual contents books via Google Market."

This app does not have any sexually Explicit Material.
1. "Explicit" Sense: This app does not have any button/keyword/image to motivate user to search/download sexual contents books.
2. This app does not allow user to buy book, it only allow user to download free books.This app provides some popular major OPDS browsers. They only hosts general books, no even has category for "sex". None of them provide free sexual contents books.

(P.S. more interestingly:
If you search the keyword "sex" in google market, google works with book publisher to dilever many sexual contents books via Google Market, like

It is unacceptable if the app suspended due to so called "Sexually Explicit Material" that is totally unrelated to the app. It makes google no difference than an  autocracy.

P.S. many ebook readers, like moon reader, etc, contains even more OPDS links than this app....if this app was suspended due to those links, why those top ebook readers are not..
Also, according to google logic,  "We may not allow users to buy/download any sexual contents books via Google Market.", then firefox, chrome, etc, should also be suspended because they dont stop users to get sexual contents books...

 Now google play neglect my appeal...which make itself no difference of autocracy.

P.S. I dont challenge google to suspend any app, but I will seriously challenge if the reason of suspension is completely irrelevant. Thanks.
